What is a Bulk Order?

A Bulk Order is an order for 25 or more copies of the same title. In many cases, TapestryBooks.com can give discounts on orders of this size. If you have any questions or would like a quote, please email us at sales@tapestrybooks.com.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and for qualified Agencies a Purchase Order.

Do Bulk Orders incur Shipping and Handling charges?

We handle our Bulk Orders outside our normal processing to facilitate delivery of these large orders; therefore, due to the weight and handling, and your fulfillment requirements, there may be an additional shipping and handling fee that is included in our quotes.

Does Bulk Orders check inventory before supplying a Price Quote?

• Once we receive your faxed order and the order is entered into our system, we will confirm that these titles are available. Inventory is subject to change.

• On requests of 100 copies or more, inventory will be checked at the time a Price Quote is requested. Inventory is subject to change.

How long is a Price Quote valid?

Price Quotes are valid for 10 business days

Is a Bulk Order Returnable?

No. Bulk Orders with Tapestrybooks.com are non-returnable.

How much does it cost to ship a Bulk Order internationally?

International Shipment (outside of the contiguous United States) Charges are based on weight and destination. If interested in shipping internationally, please provide full ship-to address, including postal code, at the time you request a price quote. Email: sales@tapestrybooks.com

Is tax charged on Bulk Orders?

• In accordance with applicable law, Tapestrybooks.com collects tax in all but the following states: HI, NM, and VT.

• Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applicable on shipments to Canada.
