PURCHASE ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Customers who elect to purchase using Net 30 days payment terms are required to submit a written or printed purchase order. Please call us (phone: 877-266-5406) if you require a quote or invoice in order to process a request for a check. Purchase order privileges are at the discretion of Tapestry Books.
In order to accept Purchase Orders (P.O.) Tapestry Books (TB) requires the following conditions be met:
How should we send our purchase order?
Faxed or mailed copy of the P.O. must be provided. TB does not accept Purchase Requisitions.
Do you have a minimum dollar amount for a purchase order?
Minimum purchase amount of $500.00
Do you require a P.O. number?
A purchase order number must be stated on the purchase order.
What are the terms?
All P.O. terms are NET 30. This must be indicated on your signed purchase order. TB does not offer payment terms discounts. Purchase Orders are considered contracts for payment. As such, the payment is due to Tapestry Books offices within 30 days from the date of receipt. Any payment received outside of the 30 day period is considered late and in violation of the purchase order contract. Past due balances are subject to a 1.5% service charge per month. Prompt payment is a condition of all sales. Applicant agrees to pay Tapestry Books any expenses incurred in collecting any unpaid balance.
What information is need on the purchase order?

A shipping address and billing address must be clearly stated on the purchase order.

Please include a contact name, telephone and/or fax number of your purchasing representative as well as an Accounts Payable contact.

Email address required for us to send order confirmation.

P.O. must be signed by an authorized purchasing agent.

Include the product name, quantity and unit pricing.
