In the first part, the Happy Traveler's family explores the provincial capital with its old Portuguese forts. They go on a boat ride to see dolphins in the Indian Ocean and visit Goa's most famous beach, Baga where the tourist heart of the area is located with the popular cafes and bars that made the area famous in the 60s. Impressive beaches, chaotic markets, hot food and interesting history in a region of India that is itself a favorite global travel destination.
